Hotel Alem, Sarajevo

During my stay, I found the hotel to be in a great location, quite close to downtown, which made it easy for me to explore the area. The staff were welcoming and very helpful, which was a definite plus. However, the rooms were in not-so-great condition and could use some renovations, especially in the bathrooms. Overall, it was a decent experience, but the noise from the lounge area was bothersome at times.
